Note the Security Code can be set asthe 4 digit number of your choice.1 Touch [Security] in the System Menuscreen.Security screen appears.2 Touch [ON] of [SI].NOTE• If “SI” is turned on, the SI indicator on the subpanel flashes when the vehicle ignition is off andthe panel is detached. Default is “ON”.3 Touch [SET] of [Security Code Set].NOTE• If you have already completed the coderegistration, [CLR] is displayed.4 Enter a security code with four-digitnumber and touch [Enter].5 Enter the same code again and touch[Enter].Security code is registered.NOTE• If you enter a different security code, the screenreturns to step 4 (for the first code entry).• If you have pressed button or if youhave disconnected the Receiver from battery,enter the correct security code as that you haveentered in step 4 and touch [Enter]. You can useyour Receiver.operationA red indicator will blink on the unit after theACC is set to OFF, warning potential thieves.If turned to “ON” (default), the securityindicator on the front panel flashes when thevehicle ignition is off.1 Touch [Security] in the System Menuscreen.Security screen appears.2 Touch [ON] or [OFF] of [SI].EXT SW setupSet up the external switch power mode.1 Touch [EXT SW] in the System Menuscreen.EXT SW screen appears.2 Set each item as follows.SW NameSets the name of the external device.Output PatternSets the power signal output mode among“Pulse”/“Level”. Default is “Pulse”.You can set to turn output on/off each timethe button on the EXT SW screen is touched.See External Device Control (P.80).Pulse SetSets the pulse signal output time.Outputs 500ms when “1” is set.Increases by 200ms with each step. Up to 100steps can be set.NOTE• You can enter characters only after you haveapplied the parking brake.• “Pulse”: Generates a single power signal pulse.• “Level”: Continues output of high power signal.Setup memoryAudio Control, AV-IN SETUP, Camera, andAudio SETUP settings can be memorized. Thememorized settings can be recalled at anytime. For example, even when the settingsare cleared due to replacement of thebattery, the settings can be restored.1 Touch [SETUP Memory] in the SystemMenu screen.SETUP Memory screen appears.2 Follow the instruction on the screen.[Lock]/[Unlock]*Locks or unlocks the AV-IN SETUP, and AudioSETUP settings.YesMemorizes or recalls the settings.NoCancels the function or memorization.The SETUP Menu screen appears again.* When [Lock] is selected, you cannot changethe AV-IN SETUP, and Audio SETUP settings.Also, the locked key mark is displayedunder each setting icon in the setup menu.Continued
