45TK-860G/862GADJUSTMENTTest Mode (TK-860G Only) Test Mode Operating FeaturesThis transceiver has a test mode.To enter test mode,press [SCN] key and turn power on. Hold [SCN] key un-til test channel No. and test signalling No. appears onLCD. Test mode can be inhibited by programming. To exittest mode, switch the power on again. The following func-tions are available in test mode.• Controls[PTT] Used when making a transmission.[MON] Monitor on and off.[SCN] Sets to the tuning mode.[A] Function on.[D/A] RF power high and low.[ ] Changes signalling.[ ] Changes wide and narrow[CH / ] Changes channel.[Volume / ] Volume up/down.• LCD indicator"SCN" Unused."AUX" Lights at RF power low."MON" Lights at monitor on."Right side dot" Lights at narrow.• LED indicatorRed LED Lights during transmission.Green LED Lights when there is a carrier. Frequency and SignallingThe set has been adjusted for the frequencies shown inthe following table. Set channel according to tun-ing requirements.LCD display (Test mode)1 1–Channel No. Signalling No.Press [SCN], now in tuning mode.
