LHM2A*RDA001A/E6 - 106.17 H Axis MotorReplacement part: H axis motor (44101-E015)1. Remove the right cover (44101-M202), leftcover (44101-M203), top cover ASSY. (44101-2100), and washer (44101-M206) (see 5.3).2. Unscrew SB4 × 6 to open the board holder(44101-M182) along with the main board(44101-BA01).3. Remove the spring (44101-M508).4. Unscrew SB3 × 8 (n = 4) and 3PW3 (n = 4) toremove the feed nut (44101-M511).5. Unscrew SB5 × 10 (n = 2) to remove the motorholder (44101-M122) and H axis motor(44101-E015) along with the cable connector(P104) and other parts.6. Unscrew SB3 × 8 (n = 4) and HH3 × 3 (n = 4)to remove the H axis motor (44101-E015).7. Reassemble the parts in reverse order.1) Check rattle adjustment of the H axis(see 7.3.4).2) Calibration of the shading plate positionis necessary (see 7.4.1).6.18 S Axis MotorReplacement part: S axis motor (44101-E016)1. Remove the right cover (44101-M202), leftcover (44101-M203), top cover ASSY. (44101-2100), and washer (44101-M206) (see 5.3).2. Open the board holder (44101-M182) alongwith the main board (44101-BA01) (see 6.17).3. Disconnect the cable connector (P106) fromthe S axis motor (44101-E016).4. Unscrew SB3 × 6 (n = 4), HH4 × 4 (n = 2), andpinion gear (44101-M141) to remove the Saxis motor.5.
