Push the plugadapter firmly until it is securely held in place. Once the twoare connected, attempting to forcibly remove the plugadapter could damage the product.* The shape of the plug adapter varies according to thecountry or region in which the camera was purchased.The Battery Charger comes with the plug adapter attached inArgentina and Korea.2 While pushing in the battery (1), set it into the Battery Charger (2).3 Plug the Battery Charger into an electrical outlet.• CHARGE lamp starts flashing when charging starts.• A fully-exhausted battery charges in about 1 hour and30 minutes.• When charging is complete, the CHARGE lamp stopsflashing.• See “Understanding CHARGE Lamp” (A17).4 When charging is complete, remove the battery and then disconnectthe Battery Charger from the electrical outlet.1 2CHARGElamp
