M e d i a46■ Voice recorderThis feature allows you to recordpieces of speech or sound with yourdevice and listen to them later. Thetotal available time is 3 minutes ifno memos have been stored. Themaximum length of a recordingdepends on how much memoryremains available.In the standby mode, select Menu >Media > Voice recorder > Record tostart the recording. SelectRecordings list to manage the folderyou have defined for recordingstorage. Save recordings to theRecordings folder or to anotherfolder in the Gallery.Record speech or sound1. In the standby mode, selectMenu > Media > Voice recorder >Record.2. After the recorder start tone isheard, begin recording speech orsound.3. When you are finished recording,select Stop and your recording issaved to the Recordings folder inthe Gallery.4. Select Recordings list, open theRecordings folder in the Galleryand scroll to the recording youcreated. Select Options to OK.OptionsAfter you have saved the recordingto the Recordings folder, highlightthe recording, and select Play tolisten to the recording using theearpiece, or Options to:Delete — Erase the recording.Rename — Change the name of therecording.Set as ring tone — Use your recordingas a ringtone.
