All rights reserved.For each channel, define the following: Channel name,Channel privacy, Nickname in channel, and Channelthumbnail (optional).When you have successfully created a channel, you areasked if you want to send channel invitations. Channelinvitations are text messages.Talking to a channelTo talk to a channel after you log in to the push-to-talkservice, press . You hear a tone indicating that accessis granted.Continue to press and hold the entire time you aretalking. When you finish talking, release .If you try to respond to a channel by pressing whileanother member is talking, Wait is displayed. Release, wait for the other person to finish talking, and pressagain when the speaker has finished. Alternatively,keep pressed and wait for Talk to be displayed.When you are talking in a channel, the first person to presswhen someone stops talking talks next.When you have finished the push-to-talk call, selectDisconnect or press .To view currently active members of a channel when youhave an active call to the channel, select Options > Activemembers.You can also invite new members to a channel when youare connected to it, select Options > Send invitation toopen the invitation view. You can only invite newmembers when you are the host of a private channel, orwhen the channel is a public channel. Channel invitationsare text messages.Respond to a channel invitationTo save a received channel invitation, select Options >Save PTT channel. The channel is added to your PTTcontacts, channels view.After you save the channel invitation, you are asked if youwant to connect to the channel. Select Yes to open thepush-to-talk sessions view. Your device logs in to theservice, if you are not logged in already.If you reject or clear the invitation, the invitation is storedin your messaging inbox. To join the channel later, openthe invitation message, and accept.View the push-to-talk logPress , and select My Own > Push to talk > Options >PTT log. The log contains the following folders: Missedcalls, Received calls, and Created calls.
