If the number of RUs configured in your system is approaching the maximumfor your license, a warning dialog box appears.If your RU license is exceeded, you receive an error message. The TBS applicationcontinues to collect data; however, you cannot cost the data and generate reports. TheGCAS application launches, but you cannot generate reports. Each time a user attempts to log in to the TM 3.0 client, theTM 3.0 software checks the TM 3.0 database. If the TM 3.0 client is not located in thedatabase, the TM 3.0 Navigator dialog box appears.The clients Hostname and IP are saved to the client database. If the IP is changed whilethe Hostname stays the same then use the client utility.The TM 3.0 Navigator window appears if the TM 3.0 client computer’s host name ischanged or if the TM 3.0 client is removed from the TM 3.0 database.If the host name of an TM 3.0 client computer is changed, the TM 3.0 Administrator canuse the client Utility to update the host name in the TM 3.0 database. InTM 3.0, the dongle attached to the TM 3.0 server enables access for all of the TM 3.0clients configured on the server.When TM 3.0 is launched from a TM 3.0 client, the TM 3.0 server’s dongle is checked.The TM 3.0 client cannot launch the TM 3.0 System Window if the TM 3.0 server’sdongle is missing.
