Using the Console Interface309978-D Rev 01 3-133Reset to Default SettingsThe Reset to Default Settings option (accessed from the main menu) allows you toreset a standalone switch, a specific unit in a stack configuration, or an entirestack, and replace all configured switch parameters with the factory defaultvalues. To view factory default values, see Appendix G, “Default Settings.”The Reset to Default Settings option takes approximately 5 seconds to complete.During this time, the switch initiates a self-test that comprises various diagnosticroutines and subtests.
