Enhancements to the GUI supportthe selection of either the Drop and Continue on Working (DCW) or theDrop and Continue on Protection (DCP) provisioning scheme for creatingbidirectional or unidirectional matched node connections. As well, theediting of an existing unidirectional or bidirectional matched nodeconnection from the DCW to the DCP scheme and vice versa is supported.Enhancements to the Connection Management Building Block (CMBB)Contract Interface (CI) provide the same DCP provisioning and editingcapabilities through the open, standards based CI using the CORBAInterface Definition Language (IDL).• OC3 Express Data Release 3.1 Contract Interfaces Support for FaultManagement, Performance Monitoring, Resource Management. Thesupport for the new EIM card is provided only through the INM BroadbandGUI.• OC192 Release 4 GUI and Contract Interfaces Support for FaultManagement, Remote Inventory (including Shelf Level Graphics),Performance Monitoring and Connection Management (for 4 fiber BLSRsystems).• Facility Provisioning Contract Interface Enhancements which supportadditional attributes and additional facilities.
