A specialized service represent-ative is dispatched to perform inspections and maintenance and to re-place parts.– With this plan, a copy charge is applied.- Fee-based plan– With this plan, a fee is charged each time the customer requests mainte-nance service or a supply of imaging units, toner, parts and other relatedproducts.– In addition, the minimum period of availability for performance parts re-quired for repairs (parts required to maintain the efficiency of the ma-chine) is 7 years after production of the copier ends.
