(See Section 4.3.9)c) Remove NCU-Board with two screws.d) Remove Bracket-Package with threescrews, then disconnect Cable-Flatfrom connector on 46F or R46-Board(M-CNT).(See Sction 4.3.18)e) Pull out the Holder-Assy. (See Sec-tion 4.3.10)f) Disconnect connector 2, remove twoscrews 1, and dismount the heatassembly.a) Dismount heat separator.b) Remove screw 3 and dismount ter-minal plate. (Handle heat assemblycarefully because Halogen lampcomes off.)c) Turn left and right heat bearings in thearrow direction to unlock. Then, dis-mount halogen lamp, heat bearing,heat roller, and heat gear together.(Take care not to drop the Halogenlamp.)d) Dismount thermistor.e) Dismount the clamp, then thermo-stat, heat contact, and heat cord to-gether.f) Dismount heat contact and heat cordfrom thermostat.Caution: Take care not to bend the claw when dismounting heat bearing.(2) Reassembly procedureReverse the disassembly procedures
