806-2 Thumbnail ScreenPress the THUMBNAIL button to display the thumbnail screenon the LCD monitor. Pressing the THUMBNAIL button againreturns the display to the regular display. When switching is donefrom the regular screen display to the thumbnail screen display,all the clips will be displayed on the thumbnail screen.Also, pressing the MENU BAR button in the thumbnail screenmoves the pointer to the menu bar and enables thumbnail menumanipulation.With the TCG switch positioned at [SET], when the time code oruser bits are set or when camera menus are being manipulated,thumbnails cannot be manipulated.Display ModeIndicates the thumbnail types displayed on the screen.ALL: Display all clips.SELECTED:Display randomly selected clips.MARKED: Display clips with shot marks.VOICE MEMO:Display clips with voice memo data.SLOT: Display clips in the specified P2 card.Please refer to [6-5 Switching the Thumbnail Display] formore information.Slot NumberIndicates the P2 card in which the clip under the pointer isrecorded. The slot number of the P2 card that contains theclip is displayed in yellow.If the clip is recorded across multiple P2 cards, all the slotnumbers of the P2 cards that contain the clip are displayed.The slot numbers of the other P2 cards, if inserted, aredisplayed in white.Clip NumberThe numbers set by the camera for all the clips recognisedcorrectly by the P2 card. These numbers are allocated inchronological order, by shooting dates and times.If clips cannot be played because of different recordingformats, they are displayed in red.ThumbnailThe image captured immediately after you start shooting isdisplayed as a thumbnail.Time DisplayYou can set this to display the time code at the start of cliprecording, the user bits at the start of clip recording, theshooting time, the shooting date or the shooting and date.Please refer to [6-16 Setting the Thumbnail Display Mode]for more information.The factory setting is the time code at the start of cliprecording.Menu BarThe Menu Bar includes menus for manipulating clips andswitching/setting the thumbnail display.Press the MENU BAR button on the thumbnail screen tomanipulate the menu bar.
