Fax564.3 Sending a fax usingthe phone bookBefore using this feature, store the desirednames and telephone numbers into the baseunit’s phone book (page 39).L Keep the front cover page open for buttonlocations.1 Adjust the width of the document guides to fitthe actual size of the document.2 Insert the document (up to 10 pages) FACEDOWN until a single beep is heard and theunit grasps the document.L If the document guides are not adjustedto fit the document, re-adjust them.3 If necessary, press {A} or {B} repeatedly toselect the desired resolution (page 54).4 Press {>}.5 Press {A} or {B} repeatedly to display thedesired item and press {FAX/START}.L An available line is automatically selectedand {LINE1} or {LINE2} will light.
