The notification will contain the message sender’s information, the length of the message,the number of messages (new/old), and a callback number (if programmed). Subscribers can choose to havethe voice message and/or fax data attached to the notification and can also choose to have the messagedeleted after it has been sent. Up to 3 devices can be configured for receiving notifications.NoteTo receive notifications about missed calls, extension users should specify e-mail addresses in their usersettings. (® 6.1.2 E-mail Notification for Extension Users)Conditions• The System Administrator can enable or disable this feature for each mailbox, and can customize the timeframe during which notifications are sent.
