2.2.13 Company GreetingDescriptionIs a prerecorded message designed to greet all incoming callers and provide relevant information. A maximumof 32 Company Greetings can be recorded, and a Company Greeting can be assigned for each time mode(day, night, lunch, and break) and holiday for each Service Group.
