Before Use-74-2 Pass the end of the Lens Cap Cordthrough the hole in the Grip BeltAttachment part and the Lens Capthrough the Lens Cap Cord.≥The removed Lens Cap can be hookedonto the Grip Belt. (It is not possiblewhen using as a hand strap.)≥When you are not recording, be sure tokeep the Lens Cap attached to theLens for protection.Attaching the Shoulder StrapWe recommend that you attach theShoulder Strap before going out of doorsto record so as to avoid dropping theMovie Camera.1 Pull the end of the Shoulder Strapthrough the Shoulder Strap Holderon the Movie Camera.2 Fold the tip of the Shoulder Strap,run it through the Shoulder StrapLength Adjuster, and pull it.≥Pull it out more than 2 cm 1 fromthe Shoulder Strap Length Adjusterso that it cannot slip off.≥Attach the other end of the ShoulderStrap to the other Shoulder StrapHolder as the same way.1Inserting a Cassette1 Slide the [OPEN/EJECT] Lever (32)toward the front and pull down toopen the Cassette CompartmentCover.2 Insert a Cassette.3 Close the Cassette Holder bypressing the [PUSH CLOSE] Button(34).4 Close the Cassette CompartmentCover.ª Accidental Erasure PreventionOpening the accidental erasureprevention slider 1 on the cassette (bysliding it in the [SAVE] arrow direction)prevents recording.
