Using them may cause deterioration offthe outer case.When using chemical treated dusters, follow its instruction.fFront glass surface of the lensWipe off the dirt and dust off the front surface of the lens with soft clean cloth.Do not use a cloth that has an abrasive surface or a cloth that is moist, oily, or covered with dust.fDo not use excessive force when wiping the lens as it is fragile.fAttentionThe lens is made of glass. Impacts or excessive force when wiping may scratch its surface.fPlease handle with care.Replacing the unitAir filter unitThe air filter prevents dust from accumulating on the optical elements inside the projector. Should the air filter become cloggedwith dust particles, it will reduce cooling fans’ effectiveness and may result in internal heat buildup and adversely affect the lifeof the projector.If the air filter unit become clogged, it will result in internal heat buildup, the power of the projector may be turned off for safety.If a warning message appears on the screen, replace the air filter immediately.Consult your dealer to purchase a replacement air filter unit (ET-RFV300).Removing the air filter unitRemove the air filter cover. (Fig.1)1)Open the air filter cover in the direction of the arrow and remove it.fRemove the air filter unit.2)Hold the tab of the air filter unit and pull out in the direction of the arrow.
