Mounting HLR Mounting Instruction26 192-510201N1 HLR 2019-04 Place the connection shaft (see Figure 4, Pos.6) on the shaft trunions andmediate between the linear axes. Check distance between deflection stations andconnection shaft on both sides (see Table 2, Figure 4, measurement L03). Place tension halves of the connection shaft (please refer to Figure 4, Pos. 5) andslightly tighten with the clamping screws (please refer to Figure 4, Pos. 8).Tigthen clamping screws in such a way that an equal-sized slot between couplinghalves and tension halves turns up. Alternately tighten the clamping screws to the respective tightening torque(please refer to Table 3).HLR070 HLR080Tightening torque clamp collar (please refer to Figure 4, Pos. 3)Screw type [ISO 4762] - M5 x 14 – 10.9 M6 x 20 - 10.9Tightening torque [Nm] 6.0 15.0Tightening torque connection shaft (please refer to Figure 4, Pos. 8Screw type [ISO 4762] M6 x16 – A2-70Tightening torque [Nm] 7.4Table 3: Tightening torques and screws of the connection shaft3.4 Correct position of loads on the carriage.Standar carriages of HLE linear actuators have various mounting threads for theconnection of loads, cross beams or Z-axes.Existing centering sleeves integrated into the carriage can be used to align theload.Position of mounting threads and centering sleeves and depth see dimensions (seepage 17).All loads mounted to the carriage must be securely safed against shifing andsliding. Not sufficiently fastened linear actuators may shift, slide and may causeconsiderable damage and injuries. The torque moments mentioned below are mandatory. The thread depth of the mounting bore in the carriage may not be exceeded.Failure to comply with this may result in a breakthrough and damage to thecarriage. If the specified tightening torques are exceeded, there is a risk of damage to thethreads.HLR070 & HLR080Present screw-in depth*HLR070 / HLR080Recommended screw-indepth* Tightening torque**Thread size [mm] [mm] [Nm]M4 4.0/6.0 3.5 2.5M5 7.5/9.0 6.0 5.0M6 7.5/9.0 6.0 7.5Table 4: Anzugsmomente mounting thread of the carriage* Maximum present thread depth may not be exceeded.** Recommended tightening torque valid for the recommended srew-in depth.
