Warranty Information 1035. UPGRADES. This EULA applies to updates,supplements and add-on components (if any) of theSoftware that Samsung may provide to you or makeavailable to you after the date you obtain your initialcopy of the Software, unless we provide other termsalong with such upgrade. To use Software identifiedas an upgrade, you must first be licensed for theSoftware identified by Samsung as eligible for theupgrade. After upgrading, you may no longer use theSoftware that formed the basis for your upgradeeligibility.6. SOFTWARE TRANSFER. You may not transfer thisEULA or the rights to the Software granted herein toany third party unless it is in connection with the saleof the mobile device which the Softwareaccompanied. In such event, the transfer mustinclude all of the Software (including all componentparts, the media and printed materials, anyupgrades, this EULA) and you may not retain anycopies of the Software. The transfer may not be anindirect transfer, such as a consignment. Prior to thetransfer, the end user receiving the Software mustagree to all the EULA terms.7. EXPORT RESTRICTIONS. You acknowledge that theSoftware is subject to export restrictions of variouscountries. You agree to comply with all applicableinternational and national laws that apply to theSoftware, including the U.S. Export AdministrationRegulations, as well as end user, end use, anddestination restrictions issued by U.S. and othergovernments.8. TERMINATION. This EULA is effective untilterminated. Your rights under this License willterminate automatically without notice fromSamsung if you fail to comply with any of the termsand conditions of this EULA. Upon termination of thisEULA, you shall cease all use of the Software anddestroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. You expresslyacknowledge and agree that use of the Software is atyour sole risk and that the entire risk as tosatisfactory quality, performance, accuracy and effortis with you.
