182General settings1. Press Home, then touch Apps, and theApps tab. The Apps screen appears in the display.2. Touch Gmail. The Gmail Inbox screen appears.3. Touch Menu ➔ Settings ➔ General settings. Thefollowing options are available:• Confirm before deleting: When enabled, prompts you toconfirm deletions of conversations or messages.• Confirm before archiving: When enabled, prompts you toconfirm movement of conversations or messages to archive.• Confirm before sending: When enabled, prompts you toconfirm sending of messages.• Reply all: When enabled, your message replies areautomatically sent to all original message recipients.• Auto-fit messages: When enabled, messages are shrunk to fityour phone’s screen. Zoom is also enabled.• Auto-advance: When enabled, the conversation list isautomatically updated and displayed after you delete or archivemessages or conversations.• Hide checkboxes: When enabled, check boxes are notdisplayed. To select messages or conversations, you musttouch and hold them.• Message actions: Allows you to configure how displaymessage actions.
