Click the Printer tab to access thefollowing properties:• Optional Tray: If you install an optional Tray 2, in the printerproperties window, you can tell the machine to recognize anduse it for PC-printing by selecting Tray 2 in the OptionalTray drop down list.• High Altitude Correction: If your machine is going to beused at an altitude above 1,500 m, checking this option willoptimize the print quality for those circumstances.Overlay Overlays are often used to take the place ofpreprinted forms and letterhead paper. See“Using Overlays” on page 4.21.OutputOptionsPrint Order: You can set the sequence forthe pages to print. Select the print orderfrom the drop-down list.• Normal: Your machine prints all pagesfrom the first page to the last page.• Reverse All Pages: Your machineprints all pages from the last page to thefirst page.• Print Odd Pages: Your machine printsonly the odd numbered pages of thedocument.• Print Even Pages: Your machine printsonly the even numbered pages of thedocument.Use Printer Fonts: When this option isselected, the machine uses the fonts thatare stored in its memory (resident fonts) toprint your document, rather thandownloading the fonts used in yourdocument.
