2.44 Automatic DialingOne-Touch DialingOne-Touch dialing lets you use any one of the 20 One-Touch buttonslocated on the left side of the machine’s control panel to automatically diala telephone or fax number.Storing a Number for One-Touch Dialing1. Press and hold the One-Touch button (01 through 20) which you wantto assign for 2 seconds. The display shows `Txx:’, where `xx’ is theselected One-Touch button.2. Enter the number you want to store by using the number keypad, thenpress Enter.To insert a pause between numbers, press Redial/Pause; a ‘P’ appears inthe display.If you make a mistake while entering a number, use √ or ® to move thecursor under the wrong digit, then enter the correct digit, or pressDelete.For your convenience, you can store frequently used telephone numbers inthe machine’s memory.AutomaticDialing
