71Messages70While reading a message, you can choose thefollowing options by pressing the Options softkey:Delete: allows you to delete the message.Send: allows you to send a message that youhave received or saved. For more informationon how to send a message, see page 73.Reply: allows you to reply to the sender bysending a text message. You can also changethe SMS centre number, if required.Call Back: allows you to call the sender back.Cut Address: allows you to extract URL ore-mail addresses or a phone numbers from themessage text, so that you can save them inyour phone's memory.Move to Phone/SIM: allows you to move themessage to another memory location, from theSIM card memory to the phone memory or viceversa.Select Objects: allows you to save the mediaitems, such as sounds or images, from themessage into your phone. You can use theobjects when writing a message; for details,see page 74.Outbox (Menu 1.2)This message box is used to store themessages that you have already sent or willsend.When you enter this menu, the list ofmessages in the box displays with therecipients' phone numbers or names, ifavailable in your Phonebook.MessagesThe SMS (Short Message Service) function is anetwork service and may not be supported byyour network. Messages can be sent by text,fax, Email and paging messaging systems,provided that these services are supported byyour network. To send text messages by phone,you must obtain the number of the SMS centrefrom your service provider.When the message icon ( ) appears, you havereceived new text messages. If the messagememory is full, an error message is displayedand you cannot receive any new messages. Usethe Delete option in each message box to deleteobsolete ones.Inbox (Menu 1.1)This message box is used to store the messagesthat you have received.When you enter this menu, the list of messagesin the box displays with the senders' phonenumbers or names, if available in yourPhonebook.1.
