97Phone Settings96Phone SettingsAuto LightUsing this feature, you can specify the time forwhich the backlight is to be used. This featurehelps conserve your battery power.The following options are available:Disable: the backlight is used according to thesetting in the Back Light menu option (Menu4.7.2); see page 95.Enable: the backlight is used only during thespecified period of time. Set the time when thephone will turn on the light and turn it off, usingthe appropriate number keys.Service LightThis option allows you to select whether or notthe service light is used or in which colour itflashes.Select the required colour setting you want use.When the phone is ready for use, the servicelight will flash in the appropriate colour.If you do not wish to use the service light, selectOff.Graphic LogoThis option allows you to display your operator’slogo instead of its name.On: the operator logo stored in your phone isdisplayed in idle mode; if no logo has beenstored, the operator name is displayed.Off: the operator name is displayed in idlemode.Extra Settings (Menu 4.8)You can turn the automatic redialling oranswering features on or off.To turn a Press thefeatureon On soft key.A check mark is displayed infront of the option.off Off soft key. The check markis no longer displayed.The following options are available:Auto Redial: when this option is checked, thephone makes up to ten attempts to redial aphone number after an unsuccessful call.Note: The interval between two call attemptsvaries.Active Folder: when this option is checked, youcan simply open the folder to answer a call.When it is unchecked, you must open the folderand press a key, depending on the setting of theAnykey Answer option (see below).Anykey Answer: when this option is checked,you can answer an incoming call by pressing anykey, except the key and the Reject softkey. To reject the call, press the key or theReject soft key.When this option is unchecked, you can onlypress the key or Accept soft key.
