Check the state of theWARNING indicator and the POWER indicator to take proper maintenance.Top PanelWarning IndicatorThe projector is shut down and the WARNINGindicator is blinking red.When the temperature inside the projector reaches acertain level, the projector is automatically shut down toavoid overheating. The POWER indicator is blinking whilethe projector is being cooled down. When the projector hascooled down enough (to its normal operating temperature),it can be turned on again by pressing the POWER ON-OFFbutton.✔Note:• The WARNING indicator continues to blink even after thetemperature inside the projector returns to normal. Whenthe projector is turned on again, the WARNING indicatorstops blinking.Then check the matters below:– Did you provide appropriate space for the projector tobe ventilated? Check the installing condition to see ifventilation slots are not blocked.– Has the projector been installed near an Air-Conditioning/Heating Duct or Vent? Move the installation of theprojector away from the duct or vent.– Are the air filters clean? Clean the air filters periodically.(p.54)Top PanelThe projector is shut down and the WARNINGindicator lights red.When the projector detects an abnormal condition, itis automatically shut down to protect the inside of theprojector and the WARNING indicator lights red. In thiscase, unplug the AC power cord and plug it, and thenturn on the projector once again to verify operation. If theprojector cannot be turned on and the WARNING indicatorlights red, unplug the AC power cord and contact theservice station.CAUTIONDO NOT LEAVE THE PROJECTOR WITH THEAC POWER CORD CONNECTED UNDER ANABNORMAL CONDITION.
