There are different access levels; thoserequired for level-1 and level-2 repairs are:■ level-1 repairs: associate access■ level-2 repairs: ASC and Tait-only accessLog-in passwords are needed for associate and Tait-only access; TechnicalSupport supplies service centres with the necessary log-in information. Theunsecured portion of the Technical Support website is accessible to thegeneral public.
