TB8100 Service Manual Safety and Servicing Information 21© Tait Electronics Limited September 20061.4.7 PCB InformationAll PCBs are identified by a unique 10 digit IPN (internal part number)which is printed onto the PCB (usually on the top side), as shown in theexample below.The last two digits of this number define the issue status, which starts at 01and increments through 02, 03, 04 etc. as the PCB is updated.PCB information for a particular circuit board consists of the relevantBOMs, PCB layouts, and circuit diagrams. Contact your nearest CustomerService Organisation for more details on the availability of PCB information(refer to “Contact Information” on page 2).1.4.8 Tait FOCUS DatabaseAn additional source of information to service centres is the Tait FOCUScall-logging database. This is also accessible on the Technical Supportwebsite. All customer-related technical issues regarding TB8100 equipmentare recorded on this database. These issues may be raised by both customersand service centres. Technical Support resolves the issues and informs thecustomer or service centre concerned of the outcome. All issues and theirsolutions are available for review by all service centres.
