When the recorder is stopped, press the MENU button toopen the MENU screen.2. Use the DATA wheel to select (highlight) thePREFERENCE item and press the F4 [t] button to openthe PREFERENCE screen.3. Use the F3 [5] and F4 [b] buttons to select (highlight) theAuto Power Saveitem setting value, and use theDATA wheel to set it to one of the following values.Options: OFF (does not turn off automatically), 3min, 5min,10min, 30min (default value)4. After completing the setting, press the HOME button toreturn to the Home Screen.Restoring the initial preferencesettingsYou can restore the PREFERENCE screen settings to theirinitial values (the values that they had when the unit wasshipped from the factory). This operation is called initialization.1 When the recorder is stopped, press the MENU button toopen the MENU screen.2 Turn the DATA wheel to select PREFERENCE, and pressthe F4 (¥) button to open the PREFERENCE screen.3 Use the F3 (§) and F4 (¶) buttons to select Exec next tothe Initialize item.4 Press F2 (EXEC) to open a confirmation screen.5 Press F3 (YES) to initialize the unit. The PREFERENCEscreen reopens when the process finishes.NOTEPress the F4 (NO) button to cancel initialization.6 When finished, press the HOME button to return to theHome Screen.Viewing informationYou can view information about the current song, the SD cardand the firmware.1 Press the MENU button to open the MENU screen.2 Turn the DATA wheel to select INFORMATION and pressthe F4 (¥) button.The INFORMATION screen SONG (1/3) pageappears.The INFORMATION screen has three pages including thisone.3 Use the F3 (PREV) and F4 (NEXT) buttons to change thepage.
