Locatethe defect in the Problem column and performthe task in the Corrective Action column.Is your machine connected on the network as aprinter? Try printing a test page from yourworkstation to the machine to verify that theprinter is connected on the network.The machine does not successfullycomplete a print job.Try selecting the Network Scanning button. Ifthe Network Scanning button is showing but it isgrayed out and non-selectable try switching themachine off by pressing the Power On/Offbutton. Wait for two minutes then press thePower On/Off button to restart the machine.Network Scanning is not installed on yourmachine. Scanning options are available fromyour Xerox Sales Representative.Your machine may not be configured on thenetwork. Contact your System Administrator toconnect the machine to the network.
