For example you can add coloredstock, card or transparencies to your copiedsets to add a professional finish to your copyjob. There are numerous options as illustratedbelow.First select the paper tray you want to use forthe main body of the copies. The Coversfeature is not available if the Auto papersupply option is selected. Then load the coverstock into another paper tray. As a rule, loadyour cover stock in the same orientation as thepaper you are using for the body of yourcopies.Covers are selected from the Output Formattab.Here you can choose front, back or front andback.Select the Output Format tab and the Coversbutton.Select the appropriate Front Cover and BackCover options.
