Use this tab toenable the modules you want to use when scanning.There are some features in the scanner interface that are disabled until a module is installed that contains thoseoptions. When the module is installed, the features will enable in the scanner interface for you to use them.Reordering the ModulesSelect a module in the list and click the up or down arrow to change the order of the module in the list. Changingthe order of the modules changes the order in which the image processing options are used. For example, if thereare two modules installed and both modules include an automatic image rotation option, the first module'srotate option is used and the rotate setting in the second module is ignored so that the image is not rotatedtwice.Scanner ConfigurationThe scanner configuration tab shows the hardware information for your scanner.Color correction:Select the optimization style for color correction.• "Printer" will optimize the image for duplicating on a printer.• "Monitor" will optimize the image for displaying on a monitor.Images optimized for a monitor, when printed, will not match the original scanned item.Select Perform Color Correction on the Color Processing tab in the Image Enhancements section to enable thisoption.Power adjustments:• Sleep mode—sleep mode is the low-power state when the scanner is not in use. You can adjust the amountof time you want the scanner to wait before it goes into low power.Click the green enter button to save any changes in the Sleep mode field.Click the red reset button to reset to the default timeout value.
