To change any of the scan settings, choose from the four groups at the bottom of the touch screen,Color Scanning, 2-Sided Printing, Original Type, and Scan Presets, to apply the desired optionsfor the scan. For more information see Setting Scan Options on page 147.6. Press the green Start button. The Scan to Folder progress screen appears on the printer’s touchscreen.When the scan is complete, the printer’s touch screen will redisplay the Scan to Folder screen. The file isstored in the selected folder on the printer hard drive You can then download the file to your computerusing CentreWare IS.Send from FolderThe optional Send from Folder feature allows you to print a scanned document stored in a folder on theprinter hard drive. This feature must be enabled by your system administrator.To use the Send from Folder feature:1. On the printer control panel, press the Services button.2. Touch the Send from Folder icon.3. Touch the desired folder in the list. If necessary touch the up or down arrow at the right to scrollthrough the list.4. The files stored in the folder are displayed on the next screen. Touch the desired file. The file will besent from the folder to the printer.5. To print multiple files, touch them in succession and they will be printed in order.6. Touch Print. If desired touch Paper Supply to select the paper to be used, touch 2-Sided Printingfor 2-Sided documents or touch Output to choose finishing options if available.7. Touch Print to print the files.8. If desired, touch File Details to view additional file information. To change the file name, touchChange File Name, enter the new file name using the touch screen keyboard, then touch Save.9. If desired, touch Review to see a detailed file information10. If Job Flow Sheets have been created, touch Job Flow Settings. The Job Flow Sheet currentlylinked to the folder is displayed.
