Line up the left handlebar switch lead cou-pler and radiator fan motor lead couplerbehind the head pipe.E. Route the clutch cable over the wire har-ness.F. To the immobilizerG. To the main switchH. Place three couplers on the flange of thecover.I. To the fuel pumpJ. Clamp four wire leads. There should be noexcessive slack on the wire leads.K. To the fuel tankL. Either installation position can beaccepted, but make sure that the leads arenot crossed.M. Clamp the rear turn signal lead and licenseplate light lead to the frame. Hook theclamp to the bracket. Pull out the lead suffi-ciently to the frame side and route it alongwith the side of the back stay. Cut the tip ofthe clamp to be between 1 and 5 mm (0.04and 0.20 in) upward.N. Clamp the rear turn signal light lead andlicense plate light lead to the frame. Cut thetip of the clamp to be between 1 and 5 mm(0.04 and 0.20 in).O. Gap between the lead and muffler shouldbe 10 mm (0.39 in) or more.P. Coupler should not run on the relay assem-bly.Q. To the tail/brake lightR. To the license plate lightS. To the rear right turn signal lightT. To the rear left turn signal lightU. To the engineV. Route the speed sensor lead behind thestarter motor lead.W. Point the bend-R section of the throttlecable (pull side) to the inner side horizon-tally. It is also possible to visually check thebend-R section.X. To the headlight bulbY. Clamp the seat lock cable to the frame asshown in the illustration. Secure the clampto the weld of the cross member with theframe. Position the binding section in frontof the vehicle body and cut the tip to bebetween 1 and 5 mm (0.04 and 0.20 in).Z.
