2-41A Route the throttle cables above the stay assy 1.B Route the main switch and immobilizer lead abovethe clutch cable.C Line up the left handlebar switch lead coupler andfan motor lead coupler behind the head pipe.D To the immobilizer.E To the main switch.F Place three couplers on the flange of the cover.G To the fuel pump.H Clamp four wire leads. There should be no exces-sive slack on the wire leads.I To the engine.J To the fuel tank.K Either installation position can be accepted, butmake sure that the leads are not crossed.L Clamp the rear turn signal lead and license platelight lead to the frame. Hook the clamp to the brack-et. Pull out the lead sufficiently to the frame side androute it along with the side of the back stay. Cut thetip of the clamp to be between 1 and 5 mm (0.04 and0.20 in) upward.M Clamp the rear turn signal lead and license platelight lead to the frame. Cut the tip of the clamp to bebetween 1 and 5 mm (0.04 and 0.20 in).N Gap between the lead and muffler should be 10 mm(0.39 in) or more.O Coupler should not run on the relay assembly.P To the tail/brake light.Q To the license plate light.R To the rear turn signal light.
