Remove:• Kick shaft assembly “1”TIPUnhook the torsion spring “2” from the hole “a” inthe crankcase.EAM30102CHECKING THE KICK SHAFT ANDRATCHET WHEEL1. Check:• Ratchet wheel “1” smooth movementUnsmooth movement  Replace.• Kick shaft “2”Wear/damage  Replace the kick shaft as-sembly.• Spring “3”Broken  Replace.EAM30103CHECKING THE KICK GEAR, KICK IDLEGEAR AND RATCHET WHEEL1.
