Emergency release of the manipulator’s armDescriptionIn an emergency situation, any of the manipulator's axes may be released manually bypushing the brake release buttons on the manipulator.How to release the brakes is detailed in the section:• Manually releasing the brakesin the product manual for the manipulator.• Manually releasing the brakes.The manipulator arm may be moved manually on smaller manipulator models, but largermodels may require using an overhead crane or similar equipment.Increased injuryBefore releasing the brakes, make sure that the weight of the arms does not increase thepressure on the trapped person, further increasing any injury!
