Thefirst device on your list installs the driver for port 1(the top connector on the card and the furthest fromthe PCI bus connector). The second device loads port 2(next to port 1), and so on.6 Shutdown OS/2 and reboot for your network driver andprotocol(s) to take effect.Installing the Drivers for a Pre-existing OS/2 SMPUse the following instructions if you already have OS/2 SMP orOS/2 Peer Client installed on your machine. If you are installingOS/2 SMP for the first time, see Installing OS/2 SMP for the First Timeon page 4-26.1 On your desktop, double-click the MPTS (Multi-ProtocolTransport Services) icon.2 Select Install.3 Select Install Additional Network Drivers, and specifya:\ndis.os2 as the source. Select OK.4 After the OS/2 driver is copied from the diskette, select OK.5 Select Configure.6 Select LAN Adapters and Protocols and then click Configure.7 In the LAPS dialog box, under Network Adapters, highlightthe ANA-6944A/TX and click Add. Repeat this three times toadd the other three ports as separate devices.
