I/O Control AW0009760300046 Basler aviator GigE6.1.2 Input Line DebouncersThe debouncer feature aids in discriminating between valid and invalid input signals and only letsvalid signals pass to the camera. The debouncer value specifies the minimum time that an inputsignal must remain high or remain low in order to be considered a valid input signal.Note that the debouncer delays a valid signal between its arrival at the camera and its transfer. Theduration of the delay will be determined by the debouncer value.Default value: 10 μsFigure 16 illustrates how the debouncer filters out invalid input signals, i.e. signals that are shorterthan the debouncer value. The diagram also illustrates how the debouncer delays a valid signal.By default, input line 1 is selected as the source signal for the frame starttrigger and input line 2 is selected as the source signal for the acquisition starttrigger. We recommend setting the debouncer value so that it is slightly greater than thelongest expected duration of an invalid signal.Setting the debouncer to a value that is too short will result in accepting invalid signals. that is too long will result in rejecting valid signals.
