When thesecurity state setting is NonSecure, the field displays the source address ofthe last frame.CONNECTOR # (Selectable)This command field selects the front panel connector to which the portsecurity settings will be applied.5.21.1 Setting the Port Level SecurityTo set the security for each repeater port on a connector, proceed asfollows:1. Use the arrow keys to highlight the CONNECTOR # field.2. Use the SPACE bar to step to the appropriate connector number.3. Use the arrow keys to highlight the SECURITY STATE field for aconnector.4. Use the SPACE bar to step to the appropriate security level.5. If the security level chosen causes the DisablePort and SendTrapfields to display under Action On Intruder, use the arrow keys tohighlight the DisablePort field. If the security level chosen does notcause the fields to display under Action On Intruder, proceed to step 9.6. To change the DisablePort setting to NoDisable, press the SPACEbar to toggle the setting.7. Use the arrow keys to highlight the SendTrap field.8. To change the setting to NoTrap, press the SPACE bar to toggle thesetting.9. If the security state selected is LockedOnAddr, use the arrow keys tohighlight the Address field for the port. Otherwise go to step 11.10. Enter the address to lock on.
