BY UTILIZING THE ENCLOSED PRODUCT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BECOMEBOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, WHICH INCLUDES THE LICENSE ANDTHE LIMITATION OF WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY.
