Ashtray(s) and Cigarette LighterYour vehicle may have two removable ashtrays andcigarette lighters. One ashtray can be placed intothe instrument panel storage compartment and the otherinto the center console rear compartment. To use thelighter, push it in all the way and let go. When it is ready,it will pop back out by itself.To empty the ashtrays, grip the edges of the bin andpull it straight out of the housing. To reinstall, push thetray back into place.Notice: Holding a cigarette lighter in while it isheating does not let the lighter back away from theheating element when it is hot. Damage fromoverheating can occur to the lighter or heatingelement, or a fuse could be blown. Do not hold acigarette lighter in while it is heating.Notice: If you put papers, pins, or other flammableitems in the ashtray, hot cigarettes or othersmoking materials could ignite them and possiblydamage your vehicle. Never put flammable items inthe ashtray.Analog ClockThe analog clock is located on the instrument panelabove the radio. The clock is not connected withany other vehicle system and runs by itself. To adjustthe clock:1. Locate the adjustment buttons directly below theclock face.2. Push and hold the right adjustment button to movethe clock hands forward or the left adjustmentbutton to make the clock hands go backward.Holding either button down will cause the clock toadvance faster. Release the button before thedesired time is reached.3. Push and release either button to adjust the time byone minute increments until the desired time isreached.3-22
