In addition, the left andright sides of the Safety Alert Seatwill pulse three times, or threebeeps will sound. See ”Alert Type”and “Go Notifier” in “Collision/Detection Systems” under VehiclePersonalization 0 157.When the vehicle ahead drivesaway, ACC resumes automatically ifthe stop was brief. If necessary,press RES+ or the accelerator pedalto resume cruise control. If stoppedfor more than two minutes or if thedriver door is opened and the driversafety belt is unbuckled, the ACCautomatically applies the ElectricParking Brake (EPB) to hold thevehicle. The Electric Parking Brakestatus light will turn on. See ElectricParking Brake 0 214. To resumeACC and release the EPB, pressthe accelerator pedal.A DIC warning message maydisplay indicating to shift to P (Park)before exiting the vehicle.
