Performthe following maintenance, as necessary, to keep your MultiPASS1000 in good operating condition.N o Be very careful when cleaning the MultiPASS 1000.o Do not use tissue paper when cleaning the unit; tissue papercan stick to the components or generate a static charge.o If necessary, press START/COPY to print out any documents inmemory. See Receiving Documents in Memory on page 7-7 fordetails.To clean the outer casing, follow these steps:1. Unplug the MultiPASS 1000 from the electrical outlet.2. Lightly wipe the MultiPASS 1000 with a clean, soft clothmoistened with water or a diluted dishwashing detergentsolution.C Do not use thinner, benzene, alcohol, or other inorganic solventson, inside, or near your MultiPASS 1000.
