Chapter 3 Sending and Receiving Faxes 3-27Sending andReceiving FaxesN After entering the first one-touch speed dialling button or coded speeddialling code, you have five seconds to enter another speed diallingbutton or code before the MultiPASS C20 begins sending automatically.If you have entered more than one speed dialling button or code, theMultiPASS C20 waits for 10 seconds before it begins sending.3. When you finish entering numbers, press START/COPY to beginsending, or wait a few seconds for the MultiPASS C20 to beginsending automatically.❑ The MultiPASS C20 then scans the document into memory, andbegins sending it to the destinations in numerical order, startingwith the coded dial numbers, then the one-touch numbers, andfinally the manual number (if there is one).N If the MultiPASS C20’s memory becomes full while scanning yourdocument, MEMORY FULL appears in the LCD. If this happens, removethe remainder of the document from the Automatic Document Feeder(ADF) (you may need to open the operation panel to do so), then dividethe document into several sections and send each section individually.
