3-52 Sending and Receiving Faxes Chapter 3Messages Displayed When Receiving Faxes in MemoryThe MultiPASS C20 is able to receive faxes into memory (up to 42 A4-size pages) whenever a problem occurs that prevents the fax fromprinting normally. Whenever this happens, the MultiPASS C20alternately displays REC’D IN MEMORY and one of the followingmessages: these messages show the action you must take to correct theproblem.N Once the problem is solved, press the (START/COPY) button. TheMultiPASS C20 will then print the stored faxes, and delete them frommemory.Cause: The BJ cartridge ran out of ink or is not installed properly.Action: Make sure the cartridge is installed properly, and install anew one if needed.
