The FC 300 is in the“Not ready” state when:– it has an alarm,– it is in local mode,– or par. 8-02 Control word source is not set toOption C0.Error 114Too many loopsToo many nested LOOP commands exist in theexecuted program.Error 115Parameter save failedSaving of the option parameter failed.The INLONG command got an illegal string. It hasbeen used to read a long value from serial line. Ifthe string which arrives does not represent a validnumber then this error will be released.Error 116Parameters memory are corruptedThe parameters in EPROM are no longer correctbecause of– EPROM defective or– power outage while saving.NB!:You must re-initialize the parameter witha 14-22 Reset and then overwrite theseparameters again with your ownapplication parameters.Otherwise motion programs which require applica-tion parameters will no longer function correctly.In APOSS stand-alone you also could use Controller→ Parameters → Reset.Error 117Programs in memory are corruptedThe program data stored in EPROM cannot befound or are no longer correct because of– EPROM defective or– power outage while saving.You have to do a 3-finger reset to reset all parame-ters to their defaults (ex factory) and to delete alluser programs, arrays, and application parameters.Afterwards re-load the programs and parameters.This corresponds to a Reset → Complete in theAPOSS menu Controller.In APOSS stand-alone delete the EPROM withController → Memory → Delete EPROM and then re-load the programs and parameters.Error 118Reset by CPUThe processor has been stopped and a re-set hasautomatically been executed (watchdog).Causes could be− Short term voltage drop,− voltage peak, or− short circuit.Error 119User abortThe Autostart program has been aborted by theuser.Or the [CANCEL] key was pressed during switchingon and a Master Reset triggered.Error 121No more SDO channelsIf a SDOREAD or SDOWRITE is used with a nega-tive index, then the command returns immediatelyand stores the running SDO in a channel. It is freedwhen the result is read.There is a maximum of 5 channels.
