There is an ohmic pre-warningand a main alarm set-point for the insulation level. A Pilz relaymonitors it with the safe torque off circuit and the mainscontactor located in the options cabinet.Safe Stop with Pilz RelayProvides a solution for the "Emergency Stop" optionwithout the contactor in F-Frame frequency converters.Manual motor startersProvides 3-phase power for electric blowers that are oftenrequired for larger motors. Power for the starters isprovided from the load side of any supplied contactor,circuit breaker, or disconnect switch. Power is fused beforeeach motor starter, and is off when the incoming power tothe frequency converter is off. If a 30 A fuse-protectedcircuit is ordered, only one starter is allowed, otherwise 2starters may be selected. The starter is integrated into thesafe torque off circuit.Unit features include:• Operation switch (on/off)• Short-circuit and overload protection with testfunction• Manual reset function30 A, fuse-protected terminals• 3-phase power matching incoming mains voltagefor powering auxiliary customer equipment• Not available if 2 manual motor starters areselected• Terminals are off when the incoming power tothe frequency converter is off• Power for the fused protected terminals isprovided from the load side of any suppliedcontactor, circuit breaker, or disconnect switch.24 V DC power supply• 5 A, 120 W, 24 V DC• Protected against output over-current, overload,short circuits, and over-temperature• For powering customer-supplied accessorydevices such as sensors, PLC I/O, contactors,temperature probes, indicator lights, and/or otherelectronic hardware• Diagnostics include a dry DC-ok contact, a greenDC-ok LED, and a red overload LEDExternal temperature monitoringMonitors temperatures of external system componentssuch as the motor windings and/or bearings. This optionincludes 5 universal input modules. The modules areintegrated into the safe torque off circuit and can bemonitored via a fieldbus network.
