If thecard includes fine text and bar codes, changethe text to improve printing. Refer to“Monochrome Printing” in the printer’sInstallation and Administrator’s Guide.The text is formatted toprint with color, and thecard is being printed withmonochrome ribbon.Contact your service provider. Format text toprint black so that the text is not dithered.Printing is uneven or ismissing in some areas.The monochrome (K)power setting is too low.The cards require adifferent setting.Increase the monochrome intensity. Find abalance between printing all card data andcausing wrinkles.
