(The Address Book Editor retrieves theAddress Book data via the scanner driver when theprinter is connected using a USB cable.)The TWAIN driver cannotconnect to the printer.Check that the USB or Ethernet cable is connectedproperly.If using the network connection, check that IP address ofthe printer is set correctly. To check the IP address, see"Scanning Using the TWAIN Driver."Check whether the printer is on. If the printer is on,reboot it by turning the power switch off and then onagain.If a scan application is running, close the applicationonce, restart the application, and then try scanningagain.The scanner driver has notbeen registered on yourcomputer and cannot beaccessed from ScanButtonManager.Install the scanner driver. If the scanner driver isinstalled, uninstall it and then re-install it again.
