Furthermore,the ACU DG offers four potential-free signalling contacts aschangeover contacts with separate roots whose functionsare freely programmable in order to forward status mes-sages such as power failure, emergency lighting fault orbattery fault to a higher-level building management system.In order to start a function test via a higher-level controlsystem or to switch all luminaires from ready light to con-tinuous light or to connect analog phase monitors, eightinterrupt and short-circuit-tolerant 24V current loop inputsare provided as standard.The assignment of which action is to be executed is freelyprogrammable.Via the internal ACU DG CAN Bus a networking of up to 32DualGuard-S devices is possible to forward actions assig-ned to one device to all devices.Example: Phase monitor system 1 should switch on lightsof system 2. All device information is securely forwarded toany location in the world via the web connection.
